At Kore Self Defense, we recognize that a “technique” is only as effective as the engine driving it. Our Kore Fitness program is specifically designed to forge the physical and mental conditioning required to sustain a high-level self-defense response.
Running Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, these sessions are not your typical “cardio-kickboxing” classes. They are a rigorous integration of tactical striking and functional strength training, designed to push you toward your extraordinary potential.

The Four Pillars of the KMG System

Kore Fitness is built on the internationally recognized Krav Maga Global (KMG) framework. We believe that true readiness is an integrated system of four essential pillars:
- Physically: Building the raw power, explosive speed, and cardiovascular endurance to end a conflict quickly.
- Mentally: Developing the “fighting spirit” and mental grit to push through fatigue and stress.
- Technically: Refining Krav Maga striking combinations on heavy bags and focus mitts for maximum efficiency.
- Tactically: Training the brain to make split-second decisions while the body is under high physical demand.
The Workout: Integrated Combat Strength
Each class is a high-intensity circuit that mirrors the “chaos” of a real encounter. We don’t just lift weights; we build combat-ready utility.
- Krav Maga Striking: Work through heavy bag rounds and partner mitt-work to sharpen your striking mechanics and power.
- Functional Strength: Between striking rounds, you will utilize Kettlebells, Olympic weights, and bodyweight movements to build functional muscle that translates directly to the mats.
- Conditioning: We use these tools to ensure that when your heart rate is high and your muscles are burning, your technique remains sharp.
