Home to the #500Rising Project, we are the premier self-defense training center for women in the U.S. It’s not an idle claim, although it is a bold one and we stand confidently behind it. Specifically, our programming integrates the physical and psychological training that can reduce the risk of being targeted for types of violence particularly concerning to women (rape, abduction, sexual assault & partner-based abuse).
Building Leaders Through Real-World Resilience
Kore Warriors, our Kids & Youth self-defense program, groups children according to developmentally appropriate training levels. We have four unique divisions, Rangers, Alpha, Bravo, and Delta. Each division has 5 ranks that can be earned through a positive grading process. Children change divisions by age, not by rank. At age 13 most teens train in our adult training program.
Conditioning to Prevail
Kore Fitness is where raw power meets technical precision. This high-intensity program bridges the gap between traditional strength training and combat sports. You’ll engage in a dynamic rotation of heavy bag work, partner pad drills, and striking combinations inspired by Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. Beyond the mats, we integrate kettlebells, bodyweight movements, and Olympic lifting to build explosive athleticism. This isn’t just a workout; it’s a systematic approach to forging a body that is as capable as it is strong.
The Art of Restorative Resilience
Balance the intensity of your self-defense training with our traditional Yoga program. Designed to complement the high-impact nature of Krav Maga and fitness, these sessions focus on mobility, core stability, and mindful recovery. Whether you are looking to increase your flexibility, recover from a tough week of training, or cultivate mental clarity, our Yoga classes provide a grounded environment to refine your body’s mechanics and promote long-term physical health.
