Kore’s Valkyrie program is a women’s-only self-defense program that was created to fill a gap in our community. This program brings together 500 Rising’s invaluable research and experience in women’s self-defense, and the more applicable self-defense techniques from our Adult curriculum.

The Valkyrie program was created by women, for women, and is taught by our female instructors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to spend the First Friday of each month connecting with like-minded women, learning essential self-defense skills, and having a blast!

This class was created by, and is led by Kore’s female instructors and is perfect for high school girls, college students and women who are either new to self-defense or looking to enhance their existing skills.

KRAV MAGA CREATES RESILIENCE

Krav Maga is not Karate, and is not a traditional martial art.

Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, Kore focuses on a reality-based system designed to teach street-tested self defense in the shortest amount of time possible.

Learn to defend against common chokes, grabs, and bear hugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks. Equally important, Krav Maga teaches you to function during the stress and psychological trauma of a sudden/violent encounter. You will also learn how to gain power over your own fight/flight responses so you can choose the correct solution to any situation.

Kore Krav Maga features Israeli trained and certified Instructors with direct Lineage to the founder, Imi Lichtenfeld (Sde-Or).

We invite you to train with the most dynamic, practical, and easily learned self-defense system in Loudoun County. Thanksgiving Schedule Intel I know we always say " wow, it's XXX holiday ...ALREADY?" This time it's like....damn, seriously? Already?? In my bones. Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK. Sheesh.
