This class is for our Youth and Juniors Division Classes and includes kids from age 8 to age 12.

Training for all students, beginner through advanced. Good class for an introductory student.
for all new adult students & students who have not yet taken their first rank test
Training for all students ranked P1 and above.
For intermediate and advanced students - an additional 45 minutes of focused training.
Self-guided open mat for additional training. Instructors are available to provide feedback and instruction when desired.
